Conditions

The rules of our house: the apartments are family-run structures, therefore there is no full-time reception and guests are required to agree on their arrival time 24 hours in advance.

Check-in is from 14.00 to 18.00 and check-out by 10.00.
All guests, upon arrival, must deliver an identification document for the purpose of registration required by law.

Guest data is processed in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building.

Payments

​

The price includes the following services:enelectricity, tocherepe heating, linen (sheets, towels). Thelinen changeit is carried out only on request.

 

The payment of the balance is to be effectedadjust at the time of checkkout.

• Tourist tax €1.00 per person/day.

Cancellation

​

It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 7 days before check-in at no cost. In case of cancellation after the terms or in case of no show, a 100% penalty is foreseen.

​We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to personal items left unattended in all rooms and gardens and also for anydamage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.
